Fit & Fun HIIT

My system is focused on the HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) method and is simple, for the most part, does not require weights, and depending on the specific individual needs, can be designed to develop muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, agility, and/or cardiovascular capacity. And it is fun since it mixes a great variety of exercises that make every session different, simple to execute and enjoyable.

Sessions are short (30 to 40 minutes) including cool down.
